Advance reservations are required.  We are not able to accommodate drop-in travelers.

To make a firm reservation by e-mail, please send the following information to:

1. Your name as it appears on your credit card.
2. Your credit card number.  Please do not send the expiration date at this time.  You may send the expiration date in a later e-mail.
3. Your address and telephone number(s).
4. Your reservation dates and estimated time of arrival.

When we have all the information, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.

Credit cards accepted:  American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is made three (3) weeks prior to the arrival date, there will be a $40.00 transaction fee.  If cancellation is made LESS than three (3) weeks prior to arrival date, the charge will be one-half of the reservation charge.  If the room is re-rented, all money will be refunded less the transaction fee of $40.00.
